This high-energy Aerial Fitness & Flexibility class is designed to push your strength and muscle endurance to the max. You’ll move through circuits that alternate between aerial apparatuses and floor exercises, each designed to strengthen specific muscle groups and movement patterns that support your aerial growth.  

No aerial experience? No problem! From complete beginners to aerialists of all levels, this class is for anyone looking to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.
