Each week features a new surprise apparatus for you to learn! Our 60-minute Aerial Sampler Intro class is the perfect way to hang upside down into the world of silks, sling & lyra.

Choose from 3 options:
Monday 6pm - April 20, 27 & May 4
Wed: 7:15pm - April 22, 29 & May 6
Thurs: 6pm - April 23, 30 & May 7

Designed for adult beginners (ages 16+), this fun and supportive class introduces you to the basics of each aerial apparatus, helping you explore their unique styles and find the one that you enjoy the most. Bring a friend, step outside your comfort zone, and challenge both your mind and body in a whole new way. You’ll leave feeling strong, confident, and inspired.
